Living Space
This part of the Casa Colina Blanca has traditional wooden windows and is reasonably cool in Summer. There is a floor- standing fan to help. There is an electric radiator and a wood-burning stove (firewood is included in the price) if heating is required for cooler nights. If you choose a holiday in Vejer in the colder months the stove helps to warm the whole house in Winter!
The house has a range of music CDs, DVDs, reading books and local guide books in cupboards in the living area. If you enjoy cooking there are also some cook books to experiment with.
There is a first-aid kit in case of accidents.
LOUNGE
The lounge has comfortable seating for 5 – two new sofas for 2022 and an arm chair around two sides of a coffee table.
The lounge area also has a modern TV, DVD player and music centre.
The wood-burning stove makes it very cosy in Winter.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen has plenty of storage and work surfaces. It has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker and a toaster.
If you enjoy cooking you will be pleased to find more space than that available in many Spanish kitchens and a good range of equipment.
We don’t provide consumable items as part of the rental agreement but there may be some food items such as spices in the kitchen. Please feel free to use them. For the benefit of our next guests, we would appreciate it if you would replace anything that you empty.
DINING
On the ground floor the kitchen opens onto a spacious dining and lounge area. The stylish, solid-wood dining table seats 6.
The house is well-supplied with tableware, cutlery, coffee cups, glasses etc.
