A 50% non-refundable deposit is required by bank transfer to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. If you book less than 6 weeks in advance full payment is required to confirm your booking. Cancel up to 28 days before check for a 50% refund. Within 28 days of your visit payment is non-refundable.

Christmas/New Year, Easter, May to end June, September. Check-in and check-out any night. 4 nights minimum booking.

All other dates. Check-in and check-out any night. 4 nights minimum booking.
*For more than 2 guests add £5 each person, each night.
For bookings of over 3 weeks a significant discount is available.
