There are local taxis and some bus services but public transport is limited so a rental car is recommended to get the most out of your stay.
The nearest airports, all with car rental, are Jerez (50 minutes), Seville (1 hour 30 minutes), Gibraltar (1 hour 20 minutes) and Malaga (2 hours 30 minutes).
